Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: December 2, 2025

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do with InvoiceBro. Because the tools run on your device and generate real business documents, responsible use matters.

You agree to

  • Use InvoiceBro only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide accurate information on the documents you create.
  • Keep your own backups of important documents, since data is stored locally on your device.

You agree not to

  • Create invoices, receipts, or other documents intended to defraud, deceive, or misrepresent a transaction.
  • Use the Service to impersonate another business or person without authorization.
  • Produce documents that facilitate money laundering, tax evasion, or other unlawful activity.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the Service or its underlying code in violation of the Terms.
  • Use the Service to infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

Your responsibility for content

Because your documents never reach our servers, we do not monitor or review what you create. That places responsibility for the legality and accuracy of your documents entirely with you. You are accountable for ensuring that any invoice or receipt you issue reflects a genuine, lawful transaction and meets the requirements of your jurisdiction.

Enforcement

Since there are no accounts, enforcement is necessarily limited, but misuse of the InvoiceBro name, brand, or website may result in restricted access to the site or legal action where warranted.
