Refund Policy

InvoiceBro's core generators and templates are free to use, with no account required. This Refund Policy applies only to optional paid plans, where offered.

Free core product

You can create, preview, and export invoices, estimates, quotes, and receipts without paying anything. There is nothing to refund for free usage because there is no charge.

Paid plans

If you purchase a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied. To request a refund, contact hello@invoicebro.com from the email associated with the purchase.

Renewals

For recurring subscriptions, you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current paid period remains active until it ends. Refunds for renewal charges are considered on a case-by-case basis and are generally granted if requested promptly after the renewal date.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and are outside our direct control.
