These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of InvoiceBro (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

InvoiceBro provides browser-based tools for generating business documents such as invoices, estimates, quotes, and receipts. All document creation and storage happen locally in your browser. The Service does not send invoices, process payments, fetch live tax rates, or connect to accounting platforms.

No account, your responsibility

Because there is no account, you are solely responsible for the documents you create and for retaining your own backups. Data stored in your browser can be lost if you clear browser storage, switch devices, or experience a device failure. We strongly recommend exporting JSON or ZIP backups of anything important.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to use it to create fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful documents. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

Accuracy of documents

InvoiceBro performs calculations based on the figures you enter. You are responsible for verifying that amounts, tax rates, totals, and legal or tax requirements applicable to your jurisdiction are correct. InvoiceBro is a document tool, not tax, accounting, or legal advice.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and templates, is owned by InvoiceBro. The documents you create using the Service are yours. We claim no ownership over your content — and since it stays on your device, we never even see it.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every browser or device.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceBro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data stored in your browser, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
